Hatch details: Second chick in a clutch of three. Hand-fed from day one. We weaned at 10 weeks and fledged by 12 weeks.

Health and vet records: Last full exam August 1, 2025. PBFD PCR, Psittacosis test, and fecal parasite screen all negative. Polyomavirus primary series done as chick; booster checked August 1, 2025. Dewormed, nails and beak trimmed. Full vet file available on request.

Rearing and socialization: Raised in our family home. Daily handling by adults and children. Early speech practice and positive reinforcement training.

Training and behavior: Step-up trained. Comfortable with a carrier. Target trained for safe handling. Knows multiple words and mimics household sounds. Calm with consistent routines.

Diet history: Premium pellet base. Fresh vegetables and fruit daily. Occasional seeds and nuts as treats.

Included with adoption: Starter food, one familiar toy, Kiko’s written care plan, and 30 days of post-adoption support by phone or video.
