Once payment is confirmed, shipping begins within 24 hours. Every parrot is carefully prepared for travel to ensure comfort and safety. Delivery is made directly to your doorstep, and one of our trusted handlers ensures the bird is safely handed over. An adult must be present to receive the parrot in person.
Before the bird leaves our care, you sign a Bill of Sale contract. This contract is recognized by our local authorities and serves two important purposes: it officially transfers ownership to you, and it ensures that you commit to providing proper care for your new family member. We take this step seriously because our parrots are raised in a family environment, and we want to make sure they continue receiving love and attention.
Each parrot travels in a secure, ventilated carrier designed for comfort during the journey. We include the bird’s vet records, vaccination details, and hatch certificate. Alongside these essentials, we also send a few items that bring familiarity and reduce stress, such as their favorite toys and a starter pack of food. These small comforts help your new parrot adjust quickly to the transition into your home.
We conduct a full health check before shipping. This includes monitoring eating, activity, and alertness to confirm the bird is fit for travel. You will also receive tracking details once the bird has been dispatched so you can follow the journey step by step.
Upon arrival, we encourage you to spend a few minutes checking your parrot and making sure everything is as expected. If you notice any concerns, contact us within 24 hours so we can assist immediately. Beyond delivery, we provide 30 days of support to guide you through feeding, bonding, and settling your parrot into its new home.
To arrange shipping, simply complete the adoption process, confirm payment, and share your full delivery address and contact number. If you have any special delivery needs, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
